1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Game Approval, a service provided by Poker Games Interactive (“PGI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Game Approval, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.
2. The service
Game Approval helps gaming manufacturers and related professionals organize compliance evidence, compare jurisdictional requirements, identify potential gaps, and prepare submission materials. Features may include document ingestion, automated extraction, AI-assisted comparisons, human review workflows, audit history, and report generation.
3. No legal advice or regulatory approval
Game Approval is a decision-support tool. It does not provide legal advice, laboratory certification, or regulatory approval. Automated and AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by qualified personnel. Regulators and testing laboratories independently determine submission requirements, testing scope, and approval.
4. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that users within your organization have appropriate authorization.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of documents, data, and other materials you submit to Game Approval (“Customer Content”). You grant PGI a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service and fulfill our legal obligations.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to provide Customer Content and direct its processing. You must not upload material that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or subject to restrictions that prevent its use with the service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the service in violation of applicable law or regulation;
- misrepresent an output as a final regulatory or legal determination;
- attempt to bypass access controls or probe the service for vulnerabilities;
- interfere with the service or introduce malicious code;
- access another customer’s data without authorization; or
- reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it.
7. Intellectual property
PGI and its licensors own Game Approval, including its software, workflows, visual design, documentation, and related intellectual property. These Terms provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information identified as confidential or that reasonably should be understood as confidential. Confidential information does not include information that is independently developed, lawfully obtained without restriction, or publicly available through no breach of an obligation.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue service features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Preview, demo, or evaluation features may change and may not be appropriate for production use.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Approval is provided “as is” and “as available.” PGI disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PGI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or regulatory approval, arising from or related to the service. Any liability will be limited as provided in the applicable order form or written agreement.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, address a violation of these Terms, comply with law, or prevent harm. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable law changes. We will post revised Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
